If you’re fed up with trying to click on tiny links on your mobile Android device screen and trying to highlight tiny rows of text, take a look at PadKite.

PadKite is the first multi-touch mobile mouse created to managed the tiny content on your mobile device screen, helping to click on links without having to zoom in, or select tiny rows of text accurately.

Currently, the app works on a specific list of devices and supports Eclair, Froyo, and Gingerbread. The devs are also looking for beta testers for Android tablets, although at the moment it doesn’t look there is support yet for Honeycomb.
